Terms of Service

By installing or using WebhookGuard, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

WebhookGuard is a Bitrix24 Marketplace application that provides a secure API proxy with token-based authentication, rate limiting, and request auditing for Bitrix24 REST API calls.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use WebhookGuard only for lawful purposes and only in connection with your Bitrix24 installation.
You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to facilitate unauthorized access to Bitrix24 systems.
You are responsible for securing your API tokens and preventing unauthorized use.

3. Rate Limits and Quotas

Each plan has defined rate limits (requests per second) and monthly request quotas. Requests exceeding these limits may be queued or rejected. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that consistently abuse the service.

4. Service Level Agreement

WebhookGuard is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app from Bitrix24.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDACRM Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WebhookGuard.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law principles.
